WARRANTIES
All products carry the manufacturers warranty.
if you would like a copy of the manufaturers warranty for your wheels/accessories or an owner's manual, provided it's available, please call or e-mail us and we will provide one to you.
Please note, wheel and accessory manufacturers DO NOT
honor their warranties, whatsoever, if the wheels or accessories have been altered in any way
due to corrosion or damage from salt air, brake dust, snow conditions (road chemicals, rust, etc),
and other such contaminants. Proper maintenance, in most cases, will decrease the possibility
of wheel damage or corrosion from occurring.
Should a problem arise, we will assist in any way possible.
All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by the original invoice.
If necessary, the item(s) will be shipped (prepaid by the customer) to the manufacturer for inspection.
The item(s) will be repaired or replaced at sole discretion of the manufacturer and if approved,
returned (prepaid by the manufacturer).
All orders received must be inspected immediately upon arrival for any warrantable problems,
please contact us immediately and retain all of the original packaging in the event the product
will need to be shipped back to us.
Any claims made longer than 48 hours after receiving the product will not be honored.
RimsNTires.com will not be responsible for shipping or any other charges such as mounting,
balancing, etc. on defective or warranty products, this is the customer's responsibility and is
generally not covered by the wheel manufacturer's warranty policies.
We will only cover shipping on problematic orders at our discretion.
In the event a claim is honored, it is the owner's responsibility to return the product
packaged the same way it was received, we are not responsible for shipping damage on product being returned.
