Returns Policy
Fitment guarantee:
When you purchase wheels/tires from us, your order will be double checked to make
sure that package will fit your vehicle properly. If
package don't fit when you get it, we will promptly
send a replacement or issue you a full refund.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return unopened and unused items you purchased from us,
however, certain restrictions apply, please contact us for information.
If the return is necessary as a result of our error, we will issue a full refund including shipping cost.
All cancellations made after 24 hours from placing an order are subect to 25% restocking fee.
These money can be reused as a deposit towards your future purchases.
All returns are subject to freight and handling charges,
with an exception if return is a result of our error.
All returns must be prearranged with us
and should be accompanied with an original sales receipt
and an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number.
Returns must be in brand new undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
No returns after 30 days.
No returns on special order items, such as custom painted or custom drilled wheels.
No returns on wheels that have had
tires mounted on them with the exception of mounted
and balanced packages sent by us.
All wheel only purchases must be test
fitted prior to mounting tires on them to insure
proper fitment. No returns after tires have been
mounted.
All returns must be properly packaged:
No returns on packages that have been damaged during shipping due to improper packaging.
Please contact us to get shipping and packaging instructions and to retrieve an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number.
Items damaged during the shipping:
Upon delivery, please inspect all packages for damage.
If you receive a damaged item, make a note of the
damage on the shippers receipt, notify the shipping
company and file a damage claim form. If necessary,
we can assist in this process.
